Start your meal with the Carpaccio – thinly sliced raw beef served with zesty onions, capers, lemon, and mustard, a true testament to Italian simplicity and elegance. Or dive into the Ostriche Asiago, where succulent Blue Point oysters are baked to perfection with fresh spinach and Asiago cheese, a delight that your taste buds won't soon forget.

For the main course, you can't go wrong with the mouth-watering Petto di Pollo alla Griglia. This grilled chicken breast, served on wilted greens with roasted vegetables, exemplifies classic Italian comfort with every tender bite. The pizza selection is not to be missed! The Pinsa, topped with roasted heirloom tomatoes and creamy mozzarella, will leave you craving more. And for a hearty option, the Natale con Pinsa brims with colorful veggies like red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, and fennel sausage, all harmonized under a layer of melted cheese.

the chicken marsala was the best I ever had. Wine was divine along with the great company we had. Staffing was Superior, courteous, and prompt. Well Worth the 2 hr. Drive .

Decent place, maybe showing a bit of age but still good. Portions are large and done well but to my palate perhaps lacks a bit of excitement. the waiter was nice and it is a busy place so that should tell you something, lots of regulars which is always a good sign. Wine list is a bit short for my taste but it has what you expect. Reminds me of an East Coast restaurant. Their specials are nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the dish I picked from the specials menu. My date picked something off the regular menu and it was nice but perhaps a bit too much butter used in the cooking, it was very rich. The appetizer which was grilled mushroom with garlic was excellent. Must have been cooked in a wood fired oven because it had that delicious flavor from wood infused with the mushroom. I really enjoyed this dish.

When it comes to this Italian restaurant, the experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the highlights – the drinks were absolutely delightful! Their selection of beverages complemented the meal perfectly, and the drinks menu alone would be reason enough to return. The salmon and fettuccine plate deserves special mention. It was a culinary delight! The perfect blend of flavors and the well-cooked salmon made it a standout dish. The fettuccine was cooked to perfection, and the overall presentation was pleasing to the eye. However, the lasagna was a letdown. Sadly, it fell short of expectations. The flavors seemed lackluster, and the texture was not as enjoyable as one would hope for in a classic Italian dish. It's definitely an area that could use some improvement. On a sweeter note, the chocolate mousse was a real winner! Rich, creamy, and with just the right amount of sweetness – it was a perfect ending to the meal. Now, onto the service – here, they have some work to do. While the staff was courteous, the overall service wasn't spectacular. There were some delays in taking orders and getting drinks refilled, which affected the overall dining experience. Improving the service would definitely enhance the restaurant's appeal. In conclusion, this Italian restaurant offers a mixed experience. The good drinks and standout dishes like the salmon and fettuccine plate make it worth a visit, especially if you're looking for a pleasant evening. However, the lasagna's underwhelming performance and the room for improvement in the service department might leave you with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, the delicious chocolate mousse is a must-try!

Warm bread, classic Italian diner setting, and pasta loaded with sauce. No complaints about this Palo Alto Italian restaurant.

First time here, had a great time. Great atmosphere, food, and have a good wine selection. I would definitely be returning. The service was okay, it could have been a little better.

This is a very nice family-style Italian restaurant. It draws a local and loyal crowd from the neighborhood. The bar is always lively, and the cocktails are quite good. The food has been pretty consistently good with the lasagna and salmon being standouts. The cannoli dessert is outstanding with pistachios and chocolate chips…you don’t know whether you’re eating ice cream or cheese!

This being my second visit I guess I liked it enough to return, and I was once again impressed with both visits. My first visit I had chicken Parmesan and for my second visit I had veal Parmesan. I enjoyed them both so much I will gave to have another visit to help me decide which one was my fav. I was happy to see they have a large bar for cocktails. The service was good. My only ding is the dated interior and the difficulty seeing the restaurant from the street as it has much greenery all around. A very nice place.
